Hole in the Wall
E. Keret and co.
Minor Theatre, Prague, 2006
“I always used to think that Heaven is a place for people who’ve spent their whole life being good, but it isn’t. Heaven is simply a place for people who were genuinely unable to be happy on earth. The ones who really don’t fit in the world wind up here. They each have their own way of getting to Heaven.“ Etgar Keret.
Etgar Keret is undoubtedly one of the most popular writers of the young generation in Israel. In 2005, his stories were successfully translated to Czech as The Flying Santinis, and became the inspiration for a performance to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Jewish Museum in Prague.
